Equal treatment is the view of both sides as equal. Equal treatment is hampered by Laws of "Empowerment".

Laws of Empowerment are used to empower groups. It gives special priviledges/statuses/reservations to one side, creating "Double Standards", making equality between both sides impossible.

Laws of Equal treatment do not name groups and is applied to the general public.

Examples:

  • laws starting with "We the men" vs "We the people".
  • When a girl is bully a boy, it is taken as a joke; but when a boy bully a girl, it is a matter of grave concern.
